HEAD AND SHOULDERS ABOVE TRADITIONAL TRAINING

Unlike traditional training methods, PTC looks at the long-term development of each athlete. Armed with this purpose, we properly design programs based on an individual’s age and sports energy requirements. Our goal is that athletes develop the ability to display their sport skill at its highest level without fatigue, in both practice and games.

Here’s how Performance Training Center compares to traditional methods of developing training programs.

Individualization: Among other things, we consider every athlete’s age, training and medical history, adaptation to stress, sport energy requirements, and current level of preparedness. Then we craft individualized training programs to develop maximum performance results.

Sport Specific: Every sport entails certain levels of strength, speed, power, flexibility, and endurance. We target precise energy and system requirements for the athlete’s sport. Most importantly, we empower athletes to repeat their efforts over and over, without a decrease in performance.

Age Specific: Scientifically known variables that affect males and females at certain ages are considered during the training process.

Quantitative Adaptation to Training: Numerical representations of adaptation rates give us the necessary information to develop proper training to improve specific skills and system proficiencies.

Scientific Injury Prevention: Our scientifically-based injury prevention protocols are recommended by physical therapists and orthopedic surgeons.
